There’s almost no question that more of San Miguel is online than ever before – and more possibly than any other city in Mexico - certainly that’s true if you’re talking about English language internet in Mexico.

And while there is a battle being mitigated – as yet by Google – we thought we’d give our own two cents as to who deserves to be at the top of the rankings of San Miguel Websites !! Who knows – it might even affect the Google outcomes.

There’s no shortage of comprehensive online guides to San Miguel – these are mostly sites designed by your local SEO consultants – and so they include information on everything – where to stay, San Miguel hotels and restaurants, health and living and certainly – San Miguel Real Estate. Like Real Estate in all Mexico – it’s competitive and making a real mash of the job of getting any actual information prior to your journey.  But these sites are not without merit. Some of them are good for somethings – obviously – and some are better at others.

But getting beyond the “Comprehensive Website” is not as easy as it seems.

We’d love to sort through some of what readers think are the best sites. We’ll sort responses to the “nominating” survey below into a real online “survey” with real-time results.

The below is designed to see if there is a lot out there that we’re missing. We’ll select the top 5 or 10 in each category and let readers here and in our Live Better Mexico newsgroup sort through them and select their faves.

So there is no question that this isn’t a scientific survey, these are our preliminary faves, upfront – you can use these as samples and then use the form below to nominate your own faves.

Don’t hesitate to correct us if we’re wrong above.

We’ll leave this nominating survey open for a month or so – maybe longer. Then we’ll combine the results into a run-off survey to let readers decide their own favorites from among the top nominated sites.
